Gold/Platinum Hertz Upgrades

Just curious to know of others success (or lack thereof) with the VA Hertz #1 Club upgrades.

I'd actually completely forgotten about it until last week when I was hiring in the USA. I selected Hertz Presidents Circle when I first got DJ Platinum (way back when it was launched) and remember they only upgraded me to whatever the Gold level is. They eventually fixed it and, when I queried as to the whereabouts of my card, they said they are all "delayed" due to the demand but it will arrive in a few weeks. That was about a year ago...

Doesn't really bother me as I don't really use Hertz often anyway (too many bad experiences), but I'm curious to know if anyone ever received a card/welcome pack from Hertz?

I was down at the 5 star level, being gold and all, but I did receive a card months after I applief.

Got my PC card a few months back...

Had to chase mine up a couple of months after reaching Platinum, my #1 Club account was changed the following day to show PC online and was advised my card would come in the mail soon. Am travelling to the USA in a couple of weeks and hiring with Hertz so I will see if it helps out in any way.

Similar experience have contacted Virgin twice and they advised they will chase it up, been waiting 3 months! Bit of a poor show to offer you something and then not deliver it.

Been trying to activate for 6 months, has completely turned me off Hertz... Useless!
