Gold credit card to business Gold card

I called citi bank and ask them to change my card from gold to business card.. and they say no and they want me apply new business card and cancel old one...

I said ok but they declined my card...

so i call again but they said no....

I called couple of times and end of the they change my card to citi gold business card.....

now I can transfer points to frequent flyer account...

any body else had that kind of exp....
