Gold Coast or Broadbeach

We are looking to stay either at GC or close by. We really want a place with:
included breakfast,
a pool that is warm and
2 bedrooms.

All the places we looked at are serviced appartments with no breakfast included or hotels but no 2 bedroom suites.

Any ideas?

Stayed at the GC Hilton - residence but the swimming pools are not heated.

Peppers Soul, would be my first choice. Great location and breakfast onsite, and heated pool.

Don’t know about places with breakfast but Broadbeach would be my choice. Lots of places to eat around there plus Pacific Fair shopping centre and Star Casino both nearby and have variety of food options. Kurrawa Surf Club and Broadbeach Tavern as well.
