Just got an eDM from Accor;

Dear Martin,
Your Le Club Accorhotels loyalty program is changing and your opinion is vital! That is why we would like to invite you to take part in our online survey which will only take twenty minutes to complete.
This questionnaire is for all Le Club Accorhotels members.Whether or not you have recently stayed in one of our hotels, and whether or not you use your card, your opinion is really important to us!
Send your answers today and get 500 Le Club Accorhotels points if you complete our questionnaire in full* before 11 November 2013.
Went to the survey, pressed next, pressed Gold Le Club Accor (as they sent it to my gold email, not my platinum one), and the survey said "thankyou, the interview is now complete".

Here is hoping i still get the 500 bonus points, as it is the only reason im still using the gold account - i am just shy of xfering my points to QF. Anyone else get the same email?

Interesting was the suggestion that are planning on revamping the program. (again)

I think they are trying to differentiate it from the standard post-check out surveys they send out... As in, this is for all, not just people who have stayed with us this week.

They only just did a revamp in Oct this year, for the better in my opinion, more in line with other loyalty programs.
 
Got the email (to my Classic account) and completed the survey today. It asked how important I considered various aspects of loyalty programs and then rate Accor on those aspects. I marked them down on participation of all hotels (looking at you Sofitel Brisbane) but there was no ability to make comments. Lets see how quicks the point post - one of there attributes that I was asked to rate. Came at a good time as I was 3 points short of a $60 voucher. May come to good use for my stay booked at Novotel on Collins in Melbourne that is on a flexible corporate rate. (PS Sorry for the formatting - Enter key is not working)

Let me know when yours posts - maybe they hit their limit for gold members, or maybe they are wanting to know how to make more people loyal (prob both) - im hope im still eligable despite the survey asking me only 1 question.
 
Martin, my points have posted. Now can get $60 discount or voucher. Came just after I cancelled my Melbourne Novotel booking in favour of a Marriott look no further 25% discount rate.

Nope :( I must not have been eligible as it only asked me 1 question.
