The weird thing is it just seems like its Coles.
Woolies has come through fine

Now I've seen everything!

02/10/2018 WOOLWORTHS 3317 $500.00 1,242 0 1,242

$500 for 1242 points

That's 2.484 ppd!

What I found when I looked at my point transactions was that some refund (3ppd merch) was recorded but no point was deducted. Then some 1ppd transactions happened and the next 3ppd transaction should had occurred, the weird 2.48.. ratio happens. Some quick calc and it seems the system had automatically deducted the points that should've been refunded into the latest transaction and result is what you saw. Not sure if it's the same for your case, but for mine, it was.

I want to meet the people who wrote that logic and signed off on that!

Well, it actually worked out to my favour because I had an online chat session with a rep, full point was credit back before I had that quick look.

I think we have a winner!

I had a refund of $100 that didn't refund the points either

Wow what a comical formula.
Maybe the programmers were bored out of their brain

Anyone having purchase failures trying to buy eWish online through Cashrewards? I just tried three times, and I doubt I mistyped repeatedly.

Can't find any $100 Coles gift Mastercards with current Flybuys promotion of 2,000 bonus points.

Also avail via RACQ, so try RACWA.

And I think I’ve seen posts that they’re available via AGL rewards if AGL happen to be your electricity supplier.

Just found out that you can also buy Coles with 5% from Suncorp Metway if you use their banking or insurance.

Just tried now, it worked OK for me.
