Hi. I am returning back to Oz from Singapore tomorrow. I have a lounge pass expiring soon and trying to link it. But the problem is, I'm just using data plan and can't receive code. No other options given. Anything I can do? Thanks

Your home SIM allows SMS reception for free, just turn off data roaming and turn it on
Thanks for reply. Already had data roaming turned off. However I started playing around and turned it on. Ended up receiving a code with seconds to spare but seemed to be a problem with that also and didn't work. Now I'm not sure I will get charged roaming by Optus. I turned it off again, hopefully, but spent ages and still can't work it out.

Isn't sending the code to your email address an option?
Well I wish it was, but it only had one option of txt to phone.

You can change your authentication method to use a third party authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator instead of SMS or email. The app generates a unique 6 digit number that changes every 30 seconds. Refer https://www.qantas.com/au/en/frequent-flyer/member-account-security.html#two-factor-authentication
Thank you. I have authenticator but unfortunately now I can't even get into my profile. Changed my driver's licence re Optus breach. Didn't know how to change security questions on Qantas. My home computer still comes up with old one, but don't know what it is. Even the third question asks for spouses name and as I don't have one I can't remember what I answered for this. One hassle after another. Was so much easier and simpler when the just gave out vouchers!
