So I tested positive yesterday morning via a RAT test at home, for the most part I'm feeling fine just a slight cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever - typical covid symptoms and this is improving rapidly (I've felt worse with some hangovers 
).
It's now been more than 30 hours since the initial positive result and now my concern has turned to how to prove that I've had covid and since recovered as I plan to travel next month. Obviously in Australia you just do your own RAT and report to the state government (which I've done). This has spat out a 1 page letter stating that I reported my result however will this be valid for travel?
I'm thinking after leaving the 7 days isolation of going and getting a paid PCR test at the airport (which based on peoples comments online is likely to come back positive) and then this is the official proof needed that I had a positive result.
It's annoying because one of the destinations I'm planning to visit has pre departure testing requirements of either a RAT or a PCR (with the rat in about 3 weeks time unlikely to come back positive) however they also have on arrival PCR testing which potentially could come back positive but it seems that if you have offical proof of recovery they're unlikely to be concerned above a positive result.
Has anyone found themselves in this sort of situation and how did you deal with it?
