No option appears when signed in?
Did it in australia.

Do I need to go to website on PC to change settings or something because app not receiving or giving me option just bloody SMS popping up....no global roam and in airplane mode.....using wifi

From your description, it sounds like you haven't registered your smartphone for OTP(or you did, but since then, you've upgraded the app/firmware/something) as it sounds like its asking you to register your phone for OTP again. Happened to me after I upgraded the app. But you need to be able to receive SMS's in order to authenticate your phone for OTP, so if you're not roaming, you won't be able to receive the SMS.

That's what it sounds like to me anyway, its not "kept asking via SMS". Its asking you to input the code you're supposed to have received through SMS.

I can receive SMS while in the USA.

I presume the OP is using a different SIM our has there normal phone switched off.

Probably too late for you - but for what it is worth, the one time pin option appears before you sign in, not after. Assuming that you have registered your phone of course

Not sure. I've used the app via wifi and it still worked. But then the app is locked to my phone.

The app requires no data connection to generate OTP. It's a time synced thing. My bet is the OP changed the time on his phone?
