Hi All,

I have an upcoming business trip to POM in march and I am wondering how best to get around. I am flying in on Virgin and staying at the Crowne Plaza. I believe they have a shuttle that runs from the airport to the hotel & back but getting around after that, is my concern. Should I book a rental vehicle or are the taxi's sufficient. It will mainly be for meetings with clients

Any help from a seasoned PNG veteran would be great?

This thread will cover everything comprehensively: http://www.australianfrequentflyer.com.au/community/showthread.php?t=72931

Yes there's a shuttle to POM airport, and it's ok to walk down the hill to Town *in daylight*. Hotel should tell you the reputable taxi coys. They are fine.

Cheers skip
