Where are the pain areas?

From shoulder area down upper arm, elbow then forearm. I can follow the tendon when I massage her arm. Some spots are more tender than others.

There are no tendons going down the arm
Tendons are just the bits on either ends of muscles that connect the muscles to bones

Maybe need MRI shoulder.

My dad got a heart bug yesterday. Like a holter monitor but less leads and is used for 28 days, so more data. Has anyone used on of these?

I'm confused then.

What runs down from the shoulder behind the biceps and then from the elbow down the forearm. Nerve? It's like a chord. If it's touched it can become sensitive.

Did not respond to gabapentin, ibuprofen or paracetamol but responded to Tramadol both at the 100mg and lower 50mg dose.

Need to go back to GP and show them affected area and then let them decide next course of action.

Behind biceps could be triceps.
Hard to know without seeing and examining

Need a diagnosis rather than self diagnosis

I thinking rotator cuff referred pain. Maybe infraspinatus. Or could also be pinched nerve C7,C8. Triceps tendinitis possible but these tend to be localised to one spot rather than whole arm
