This is behaviour that IMHO crosses the line because it occured during the patient's most vulnerable time - while they are having a procedure done. It cannot and must not occur even when the patient is asleep. Inexcusable irrespective of who is correct.
Complaints should be to AHPRA or OHCC if in Tasmania.
