I am having trouble booking a flight to bali next april from Sydney. The quoted fares are much cheaper. Does anyone know if you are not able to book them from Australia?

Being April, you are competing with school holiday traffic.

Also, the quoted fare (I am guessing off the Garuda website) would have a range of dates, and a general disclaimer on how the cheap fares are limited.

Perhaps try an online travel agent (Zuji, Skyscanner etc) to see if any of the cheaper fares are still available.

ExpertFlyer would probably give you some hints as to whats going on with the fares.

What dates are you looking at and what are the fare $ are you looking to find? I know that some if the special GA fares have min/max stay conditions that can sometimes skew their availability.

Sorry for reviving an old thread... I'm looking at flights on GA from DPS to SIN and noticed that a return fare is more than double the one way fare! I thought this seems unusual since it's usually the other way around...
