Sorry if the answer to this exists elsewhere but I couldn't find it with a search!
If I book a fully flexible fare which is partially funded by a gift voucher, how will a refund work? Will I get refunded the full $$ amount of the fare, or the full amount I paid in cash with a re-issue of the gift voucher at original value? The T&Cs just say that refunds will be dealt with according to the fare conditions, which with a fully flexible is a "full refund".
