Fuel voucher not added when shopping on Woolworths Online

Has anyone else got this problem? This is the second time I've used Woolworths Online and I can't see the voucher in my EDR account.

For those who don't have this problem, how soon is your fuel voucher added to the account after payment?

I don't use online shopping so what I'm about to say is based on accounts I have seen from other people who use online supermarket shopping.

You asked about the fuel voucher credit "after payment". I am guessing that the fuel voucher isn't added to your account until after the shopping is picked and placed on the delivery truck. This might be the next day or whatever date you've asked for delivery of the order. I'd be checking the terms and conditions of the online shopping system.

If you are taking up targeted EDR offers then I have seen EDR terms and conditions that state that the "delivery date" must be during the promotion dates stated, not necessarily the "order/payment" date.

I hope this makes sense. Let me know any observations you have about other orders.
