Fuel Surcharge for Enrich award ticket on Etihad

[TABLE="class: tborder, width: 100%, align: center"][TR][TD="class: alt1"]Has anyone redeemed Enrich points for an Etihad flight in business or first recently (since June 2016) and noticed if there is a fuel surcharge applied.

In 2015 I redeemed on Etihad in F and there was no fuel surcharge. Was amazing flying AUH-LHR A380 F for approx USD25 total!

In 2016 I saw that Virgin Australia Velocity members redeeming for Etihad flights had fuel surcharge applied - USD300 per sector J and USD400 per sector F.

I called Enrich reservations but they couldn't quote me until I had sufficient miles in my account.

I know Enrich fairly recently partnered with EK but wasn't aware they partnered with EY.

Clearly wrong forum. I guess OP is talking about VA. They have a surcharge you need to pay to book EY premium cabins.

I looked around and EY do seem to have a few codeshares with MH but nothing on redemptions-agree mistaken identity seems likely
