Anyone have any luck contacting 1Cover before travel to clarify policy conditions?
They say email [email protected] -- but 3 business days with no response. Online chat gone. No contact centre.
A bit annoyed ... but did take the lower cost / best coverage policy... and hope the rental car arrangement we have in Indonesia works!
