Frustration using MH website - Manage bookings

So using their website returns the following error when retrieving a booking:

Of course their mobile site: MHmobile gives all the correct details, however I cannot select seats.

Did you book this online?

No, was done through our corporate agent. The weird thing is, the system they use also gives a six digit PNR, which can be checked on http://www.checkmytrip.com, and this does show all the correct details, including existing seat allocation. Its not showing up on my QF profile also, although my QFF# is attached to the booking.

Currently is only bookings made online can be retrieved at "<mh>.com".

Don't fret about seat selection, even if you could bring your booking up online, you won't be able to select seating. (I think it can be done at check-in though.) To change seating you will need to call.

5A on the A330 and 2A on the 777 = I no complain :)
