I was in Burgundy when the frosts stared to hit at the end of April.
The fires and the hay were in evidence every day for a few days.
My dad even placed a gas BBQ under his cherry tree to protect his fruit.
I am waiting to hear if it worked out and saved his fruit.

We went to champagne and saw Firsthand the dead buds on the vines in the south of the region.

It will be interesting to watch this unfold.
