If you are talking Qantas, on the first page when you log in, the "Your Account" page, at the bottom there is a link entitled "Where could I go?".

FF points do not "entilte" you to anything in particular. By collecting enough points you can get a reward flight (after paying $$ for taxes & surcharges)
