Will be interesting to see the public reaction.

My concern has always been the imminent reduction in 'Classic' seats!

It depends on the spin the marketing department puts on it, unfortunately the general public would have no idea like mentioned before...

Hi, my partner (Gold FF) received an email today in the same format as the one in the original thread starter - seemed to be all related to if you understood the changes to frequent flyer point redemption with credit cards and the changes coming up in March 09.

Seems like they are trying to assess the public's understanding of the changes ...

I received the survey today. Its purpose appears to be (a) to assess the level of understanding of the changes relating to conversion of credit card points to FF Miles that will be introduced in April 09 and then, importantly, (b) gauge the likely behaviour of customers to figure out how many points will be assigned to QFF vs other alternatives after QFF program restrictions are enforced.

Here's the survey. I'm interested to know whether it is tailored to me - or generic. ie is everyone receiving the same survey? Note that at a number of points there is a branch in the paging that is clearly dependent on the answers that were provided to earlier questions.

Here's the survey, which is being conducted by "The Leading Edge":

Yes - that's the same questions my partner had ...

Yep, I also got this new survey. Completed it yesterday. Basically told them I planned to change to anything but QFF, as I think they are more interested in selling off the QFF program than keeping loyal customers.

Hopefully, some other people feel the same way and QF act approrpiately on that feedback.

Apologies for the slow reply here - just saw this thread - and yes SIA1A, received the same survey, and acknowledge it is interactive. I did not have the question on AMEX as it is not part of my repertoire.

From an adhoc survey of people and associates in our businesses, other than those who predominantly use QF for domestic, most are looking to move away from QFF.

Also wondering what the overall feedback was to the question on Page 18 above - "Transfer credit card points to Qantas Frequent Flyer, so that I can redeem for vouchers or merchandise awards"given the ongoing issues surrounding fulfilment being discussed in another thread here.

Will be interesting to see the public reaction.

My concern has always been the imminent reduction in 'Classic' seats!

What imminent reduction? They have cleary stated levels will remain the same and infact due to the 'economic crisis' we have seen a huge increase!
