Hi guys.

Later on in the year I will fly FRA-BKK with Thai Airways on my first ever F booking (booked via the recent LifeMiles promotion).

I will have about 4 hours to wait in Frankfurt.

What Lounge options do I have and what are recommended? I don’t have any status worth mentioning. Is the Senator lounge the way to go?

Cheers.

You only have two options available either the Senator lounge or the Air Canada lounge. Most people would prefer the Air Canada lounge based on reviews I have seen, however, I actually prefer the Senator lounge last time I was there 18 months ago.

You will enjoy Thai F, it's fantastic :)

Excellent, thanks for your insight. I have return F flights but unfortunately don’t have much time to take full advantage of the F benefits at BKK. Next time perhaps. :)

Maple Leaf FRA lounge is nice and usually quiet.
Senator lounge is ok but gets very busy and showers may have queue. You can start at Senator, leave your luggage (they have lockers) and go check out Maple Leaf.

Yup that's exactly what I did. The lockers are the Senator lounge are very handy.

Cheers for the feedback guys. I normally avoid a long stopover but was happy to make an exception for F. Access to two lounges should make the time fly.
