Based on comments in other parts of this forum, it appears QANTAS might be better served getting their customer service/call centre house in order first?
They might then see a boost in their revenue because more people might decide to fly with them; they might enjoy the WHOLE QANTAS experience; QANTAS might get more revenue for relatively little cost; and so on…….
