Hi All,

I was just wondering, when you make an atm withdrawal with Maestro or Visa Plus, does Visa/MC do the FX conversion or does your bank?

I seem to be unable to get the 28 degrees card, so I was looking at using this whilst overseas:

In most cases, when using the Visa or Mastercard networks, it is Visa or Mastercard that provides the FX conversion.
