Looks like lots of good things to do. You have to pay for tkts. It seems to cover the Gardens by the Bay, but many other interesting/fascinating gardens to look at. Sadly, I miss out during my 23.5 hour stopover in early May.

I seem to remember that its only on once every 2 years.
