Flying Syd to LA on Delta have Alitalia Freccia Alata

Wife and myself flying Syd to New York then transit to LA this month. Have Alitalia Freccia Alata status with Alitalia (equates to Skyteam Elite status I believe), besides lounge access and one free guest what baggage allowance are we entitled to and which port do we clear US Immigration at??

Don't know about Skyteam benefits, but assuming that you're on DL16 SYD-LAX you will cleat US Immigration at LAX
