flying QF code share on EK Metal lounge access and guests

I have searched for a thread to find answers, but to no avail.
so apologies in advance if this is the wrong place to post.

I am flying QF 8771 AKL-BNE on the 23rd (EK 435). so far no problem, as a WP I believe I'm entitled to (EK) lounge access in AKL.
I have however discovered that my nephew has just booked a ticket on the same flight , but with an EK flight number.
he doesn't have any status that I'm aware of.
my question quite simply is: Am I able to guest him (as I am QF WP) into the EK Lounge in AKL?

No problem with that at all!
You are both able to access the EK lounge in AKL. You can, if you want, access the QF First Class lounge in AKL as well due to the link up. Lounge Locations | New Zealand | Auckland International Airport | International First

If you say wanted to access another OW lounge you would not be able to bring him in with you.
