Anyone know a way of check king reward availability using QF points flying Qatar?

I just did a Classic award search MEL-DOH-YUL and QF website gave me QR flight options. Of course, if you want to fly a QF/EK destination with QR I think you will have to call QF to book award flights...

Thanks found availability on line , unfortunately when at the final stages of booking an error message came up, called up and all booked!!
Looking forward to flying Qatar business and trying their premium lounge.

You can call AA in Australia and ask for award availability. The agent doesn't ask for a FF number in order to check.

Last night I found availability on QR in J MAN-PER for a date that previously had zero availability using QFF points in July next year.

After a family transfer this morning, I secured my J class seat. (Actually flying EK F on my way to MAN in June next year using QFF points, so pretty happy)

Actually it does appear QR is online with QF. Have found plenty of SYD/PER/MEL-DOH in both Y and premium, as well as connections via SIN and HKG.

It doesn't appear as though DOH can be used as an origin in the search engine. Even something like DXB-DOH isn't possible.
