Flying in/out of The Stans

My friend is joining a ground tour through The Stans in May 2024. It's a new area for me offering some opinions on flights.

What would be the best way in terms of price to get from BKK into FRU 26 May and TAS to DXB 20 Jun?

(I'm thinking BKK-Amalty then a more local airline FRU/TAS.)
