Flying Business Melbourne to Brussels, via Abu Dhabi

My wife, who is Velocity Red, has just purchased a Business class from Melbourne to Brussels, flying May 2016.
What tips does she need to know? Good seats and any other advice would be welcome.

Maybe it would have been more important for a good husband to make sure his wife gets to Brussels without going through its airport, if she really needs to be there???
