I am a member of the airline frequent flyer listed in the title. I do not fly with either now even though I feel an allegiance being of Dutch heritage. Their websites are difficult to access and impossible to alter your details once in the system.
Having been loyal now for so many decades I now would not recommend KLM or their sister airline Airfrance to anyone. They are just so difficult to deal with and despite contacting them at different times they NEVER get back to you. It's probably the French influence but just as likely to be an arrogant Dutch attitude. My recommendation is to fly Singapore Airlines instead, their website is so much easier to navigate and they are so eager to please and ALWAYS respond to your emails.
