Flydubai - voucher only for flight changes

I booked fully flexible (refundable fare) with FZ, and now wish to cancel. When booking I overlooked that all "refunds" are in the form of a VOUCHER for future travel valid for 12months. I don't really want a voucher, as I will unlikely be able to use it. What options exist - can I give/sell the voucher to recover losses?
