For domestic airfare booking, we accept online payment through Visa, MasterCard, or POLi. Additional offline payments such as electronic fund transfer, Australia Post Bill Pay, BPAY, Western Union Money Transfer, bank cheque and cash payments are available for international flights.

I would not book any airfares through any online website that did not accept credit cards as you can't do a chargeback to the credit card company if they don't deliver the product you paid for or get a refund if the company becomes insolvent.

Another alarm bell for me is the fact they accept Western Union and the poor wording and grammar which makes them look amateur.

I agree it seems rather strange to me too. Will give it a wide berth. Now where can I get two Tickets to coughet from Melbourne leaving 12th Octoner returning 19th October. Did see some great flights on TG

Hi, just had a bad experience with DirectFlights who I believe are a subsidiary of Mega Holidays. They had a bug in their website and I was booked on a flight with a different date to what I selected. Thought it would be a simple matter to have it rectified but they denied there was a problem with their website despite numerous screen prints from me pointing out the obvious. They have now stopped communicating and I'm pulling out the few strands of hair I have left. BEWARE. The difference between well known, well run organisations and little shops is sometimes seen in their issue resolution, or lack thereof.
