Hi All,
Following on from my other Perth to Sydney thread
approx 110 pax on board(as per the flight attendant voice announcement). They mention a pack with facemask and gloves that were given out on boarding. I entered via the business lane and had not seen it.
After seatbelt off advisory the cabin manager advised that a manual form needed to be filled out by anyone that does not have the g2g app and pre-approved travel. I noticed 2 other business pax leaning over to each other talking about downloading the app(too late guys!!). J class approx 50% full
hot meal supplied(pork sausages, mash etc), cheese, crackers, still and sparking water, and..... wine!! They advised no spirits as yet.
no inflight entertainment, crew advised that qantas has to pay royalties for the movies and thats why there is nothing available.
as per usual, flight crew were great.
prior to landing announcement that facemasks will be given out and you cannot leave the plane without one.
plane offload 10pax per time starting with business class. Hand sanitiser applied when leaving the aircraft.
on entry to the airport via the airbridge, approx 20 WA police officers at tables and a nurse measuring temperatures.
approach table where allocated, G2G pass scanned, 5 mins of filling out a quarantine form and along with showing ID.
officer gave the rundown of 14 days self isolation, they keep the physical form but tell you to take a photo of both sides with your phone
collect bags and then G2G app beeps and now shows day 1 of 14 quarantine.
jump in taxi then off to home.
all in all, no complaints.
