I hesitate to use the word 'enhancement' because some amusing and witty AFFers sardonically use the word 'enhancement' when discussing changes to frequent flyer programs that they dislike.

However, Flightradar24.com - Live flight tracker! is now more often showing full details of some smaller aircrafts' flights, such as QantasLink's Bombardier Q400s and Virgin Australia's ATRs. Is this because the aircraft themselves have been fitted with navigational or other equipment that is more easily able to be picked up by these type of monitoring sites? Whatever the reason, it adds to the utility of such sites given that many flights to and from smaller rural centres and even places like CBR can be on smaller aircraft.
