Can I use KrisFlyer miles to book on Hawaiian Airlines or do I need to convert KrisFlyer miles to Velocity and then book on Hawaiian Airlines?

Use KrisFlyer miles to book ANA from SYD to HND and then onwards to HNL?

For the distance, Hawaii is one of the worst awards in KF program as well 60K in economy, 130K in business, more miles than needed to get to London! Even more if going via HND (as that probably involves two awards due to backtracking rules). One situation where Krisflyer->Velocity might make sense if these transfers are reintroduced.

In theory NZ via AKL would be the best option. In practice (i.e. availability impossible to find).

For now, you cannot convert SQ KF to VFF points or vv.
Used to be able to, pre covid and pre VA VolAdmin.
Its coming back, but for the time being, no luck, no can do.
