Hi all,
Just received an email notification of a change to my fight on Air Vanuatu BNE-VLI at the end of June. Assuming the flight has been cancelled as they have rebooked us on another flight 24hrs later.

This seems like an unacceptable change to me. What are my options likely to be here? Would it be unreasonable to request they rebook us on a QF flight (partners) to SYD and then on their own flight from SYD-VLI on the original travel date? Booked in Y on whatever the cheapest fare bucket was at the time if that makes a different.

Thanks for the help.

Not unreasonable at al to ask them to rebook you on a connecting flight the same day. But they are under no obligation to do so. https://www.airvanuatu.com/home/plan-book/terms-conditions-of-travel

If they will not change, you are entitled to a full refund. (This is Aussie law, even though the Air V terms and condtions don't state it.)
