Hello folks,

I'm seeking some advice and opinions on this situation:

Originally booked on HKG-xBNE-SYD in J with Qantas. At Hong Kong Check-In I was offered a seat on the direct Sydney flight, which I agreed to, great! Shaved three hours off my travel time, which I'm grateful for, they were obviously helping me out here.

Now, the question is that I seem to have forgone my BNE-SYD Status Credits based on this change. I don't want to kick up a stink of course, as QF were being helpful in changing my flights, but equally I'm feeling a bit short changed on the SCs, which are looking to be the final 40 I need to re-qualify as WP.

Help me tread this first-world moral issue :)

As mentioned, simply send an email to the address above, and include a copy/photo of your original ticket and new boarding pass in your request for an original routing credit. You are indeed entitled to the points and SCs and they should credit in 1-2 weeks.
