Flight Centre Email Addresses

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how Flight Centre staff have their email addresses set out? A new recruit gave me her business card-she crossed out the original owner's name and inserted her own, and just completely texta'd out the original email address. I'm not planning on booking with them, just interested in how close they will come to a www.itasoftware.com quote.
