Hi all

Just wondering if anyone can clear something up for me. I had a flight today from OOL to CBR via SYD. H class ticket booked through QBT for both legs (JQ and QF). On check in at OOL I noticed my ticket was marked as a jetsaver fare, not entitled to SC or FF points and not flexible without fees. I queried it and was told that H booked through QF comes back to a jetsaver fare with JQ. Has anybody come across this before as it all sounds a bit odd to me. Appreciate any feedback.

This is correct for Jetstar fare classes.

Jestar H is Jetsaver.

JetFlex (for SC, points and flexibility) is either V or Y.

Okay, thanks for that.
I assumed (wrongly) that the QF booking and fare class applied to the JQ flight. I didn't realise that JQ used a different system. It was so much easier when QF flew out of the Gold Coast. Thanks again.
