Firstclass.com.au have now advised they have revised their $1000 to $300 cancellation fee for refunds on Covid-19 cancelled qantas flights. This was after I spoke to QF and they advised me that they were not passing on their cancellation fees and for firstclass.com.au to contact QF agency if they needed to. Has anyone else had problems with this agency?
