This is my first post. Please help...I am linked to my husbands account and want to use his points to fly to Kuwait. I'm not sure how to book the flight using the points. I went right through the booking process and thought it would come up with an option to redeem the points but it didn't...just gave me the credit card details for paying.
Thanks all you regular flyers if you can help.

Hi Offigo,

Log In to your husbands Kris Flyer Account. Register as a nominee. (Kris Flyer allow 5 nominees that you can change at any time ).

When booking remember to check the 'redeem points box" and off you go !

As the web site is new there are some "glitches" that SIA are working on so if you
have further problems ring them with your request and remember to tell them that you should get the 15% points discount available if you book on the web. They are very co-operative on the phone if sometimes a little pedantic.
Enjoy !

Thanks so much TiredOldFlyer....I actually finally did work it out but then it took so long to make the booking but....all done now..I'm all booked in.

Another question please TiredOldFlyer....can I add travel insurance to my flight on line now that it's all booked through Singapore Air and if so ...how?

I'm not sure if you can under the new site. It might be worth calling the Krisflyer number.

Sorry I missed your question until now.

I understand that Insurance from SIN is only for PPS Members. PPS being the top tier with SIN.

Singapore airline have the same package for all the members and treat the old members and new members in a same manner. So don't be confused.
