i tried to get a quote for the AFF service but it seems like my membership is invalid or something to that nature

The Award Flight Assist service is actually offered by Frequent Flyer Solutions (FFS). This is different to AFF, but it is our sister website.

To submit a request:
1. Create a free FFS account at Join Frequent Flyer Solutions NOW! - Frequent Flyer Solutions
2. Once you have joined FFS, you can submit your request at Award Flight Assist Request - Frequent Flyer Solutions
