Beginner's luck? Collected over 120,000 Qantas miles in the last 6 months (without flying a mile).

Sign up bonus points on ANZ credit cards, points accrued using Amex & Visa for EVERY bill possible, bonus points from Everyday Rewards, gift certificates through the Qantas Mall, etc. etc. etc. and thankfully we received word today confirming our upgrade to Business Class on QF27 SYD SCL tomorrow.

Wife and I are both stoked.

Thanks to all the advice I read here, we made it happen, thanks chaps & chappesses!!

You're stuffed now. The wife will never want to fly Y again. Just because you've done it once doesn't mean the upgrade gods will ever smile on you again. :-|

Oh and enjoy the flight, being in the pointy end is the only way to fly. :)
