Haven't flown Qantas on an overseas flight since 1980 but decided to try after 4 years of regular use of Qantas domestic between Brisbane & Perth.
We travelled PE as we managed to pick up a Qantas sale price on PE and it was money well spent. Tried out on Flounge prior to departure on QF1 and found it as good as all the reports. Priority boarding found us in our seats quickly. Found the seats extremely comfortable and the storage bin beside the wine very handy. We never went hungry during the flight as all the meals were very filling. The AVOD provided plenty of entertain and the crews on both sections were friendly. The flight was experience of Qantas at their best.
