First photos of Jetstar's new 787 seats

AusBT have posted these photos they're the economy seats from Jetstar's 787 as seen in Boeing's 'Dreamliner Gallery' in Seattle where airlines choose 'off the shelf' seats for their 787s.

That front row has plenty of leg room :)

Why does one seat have a solid arm rest vs the others that are what I consider normal/regular arm rests?
 
Those 'front row' seat armrests may hold the entertainment screen mechanism for swivellings upwards from below the solid armrest and/or the meal tray?

Who's configured it with 3-4-3? That would be very squishy. Most (including JQ) have gone with 3-3-3. The Japanese carriers have gone with 2-4-2.

It's rather ironic that some of the thinnest-built population has the wider seats available on their home airlines.
 
Some sadistic airlines run 777s with 3-4-3 such as EK, NZ and Scoot.

Ah yes, but it is 38cm/15" wider cabin width, meaning, depending on aisle-width, it's really not that much "squishier" than a 3-3-3 in the 787. The worst offenders are those with 3-3-3 in the 20cm/8" narrower (than 787) A330 (Air Asia X!)
