I have just flown First on QF10 LHR to Melb and have to say that I have had the worst experience ever in this lounge rude unattentive and down right arrogant staff. Has anyone else had bad service here?
1) Receptionists ignored me whilst talking to each other about their day.
2) No Invite to Dine
3) No Day Spa availabvle inspite of being in the lounge 4.5 hours before the flight.
4) Champagne ran out and had to ask staff to fill it up.
5) Struggled to get a shower and found the staff extremely unhelpful with a couldnt care less attitude.

You must have been there on a bad day. I have had some decent experiences in the F lounge at T3.

Might be worth an email to QF.
