Mine will be Singapore/Helsinki return which will hopefully stay A350. (The second leg Helsinki/Dublin will, I am sure, never get better than an "Euro Business Class".)

I had a look at photos of the Iberia A330 Business Class and the hard product didn't look too bad but I have read a number of less than complimentary reports on their crew so good luck.
 
If it is really for A330->A350 pilot conversion then existing A350 routes should be unaffected. The HEL-MIA route is an A330 operated route which makes sense as they'd be lacking A330 pilots to crew it.
