Was a PITA, I was meant to be on LAX-NAN on monday night @ 22.30 and flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 07.35 Tuesday morning, finally departed @ 08.30. Now to see who or how I get re-imbursed for a night at a LAX hotel. QF when they contacted me with the changes said to claim on QF when I get home upto the value of USD$250. Will see what eventuates

How is this QF's responsibility? FJ should have paid for the hotel.

I was booked thru QF, on a QF flight number, on a QF PNR and it was QF who eventually informed me of the details as I was a QF booked client. No contact from FJ at all. In talking to FJ to make changes to other onward bookings is when FJ said to supply details. Both QF and FJ have said to send relevent details and things will happen, but lets face it, do I really have a chance.

Just received email from FJ stating that they are reviewing my claim and wanted some more details. IMO perhaps chances are now 30%
