FF Program Dilemma

Hi All
Looking for some help/advice on the next chapter of my Business Travel.

I am SG till 08/13

Self employed and establishing an export company into North America,
Expect to be back and forth to US every 6 weeks or so. several flights internal USA/CA each time
as self employed and start up, tix will be best price focused. and attempt upgrades when possible
Debating the QF or AA program, I expect I would reach WP by next year.

Just not sure I could reach same level in AA Program or am I getting this all wrong
