Got this offer this morning also! Will come in handy for maintaining Platinum with a J SYD-PER next week. I will book a few more flights to take advantage of it as this is the first one of these offers I have received.

Just received this also, already maintained my Platinum, so next step is getting Platinum for my wifey!

BTW, this only applies to VA flights - partner flights (Etihad, etc) do not get double SC's, otherwise I'd be rolling in SC's.

I have NEVER received an email of any kind from Velocity (statement, offer etc). The only emails I have had from velocity were last August when I was status matched from my WP.
Despite this I still got double SC's on a flight booked and taken during the offer period. The wonders of technology I presume

I didn't get an offer to start with but for a while now I have been getting double SC. Got the most recent email so I guess I was part of the "offer" without actually knowing it. It became apparent when flying with Mrs. Solid recently who is pooling to me until WP requal when I will reverse to her. On the same flights but she got normal and I got double.
